Shipping policy

We offer free delivery and Shipping to all family island .Delivery are from Monday-Sunday between the hours of 9am-6pm 

In order to receive delivery the same day as purchased, Order must be placed before (4pm) any order placed after will receive package the following day.

Estimated Delivery time varies depending on traffic. Once order has made one of our delivery driver will contact you in 10 (minutes) .Be mindful when you are putting shipping address to put the correct information and notes if needed.

When placing an order from the Family  Island please contact us at our telephone contact at (242) 429-1552 so we can arrange shipping. You must have a mail boat or an aircraft that travels to your island in order to receive your package or must be able to go on the mainland for packages.
